These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TWF Library (the “Service”), operated from India by Gaurav Saini (the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
TWF Library is a discovery and licensing reference platform that indexes songs by mood, occasion, genre, language and tempo, and links out to authorised streaming platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music and similar). We do not host, distribute or sell audio recordings ourselves — we curate and organise pointers to publicly available streaming URLs. Any playback happens on the linked platform under that platform’s own terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate subscription access at our sole discretion, including but not limited to conducting verification checks on payments, identity or usage patterns before or after granting access.
Upon subscribing, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete, and to keep such information updated at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by any other person you allow to access it. You agree to notify us immediately at support@twflibrary.com of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. Only one active session is permitted per account — logging in on a new device will sign you out of the previous device.
The Service offers a free preview tier and a paid “Pro” tier billed monthly (₹399/month) or yearly (₹1,999/year), inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed via our authorised payment aggregator (Razorpay) supporting UPI, credit and debit cards and net-banking. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you from the Dashboard.
All curated content, tags, editorial playlists, artwork and site design on the Service are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial exploitation, reproduction, scraping, republishing or redistribution of our curated content, tags or playlists — in whole or in part — without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of such curated content in breach of this clause.

Song titles, artist names and underlying musical works are the property of their respective rights-holders. The curation, tagging system, editorial playlists, and site design are the intellectual property of the Operator. Nothing on this Service grants you any licence to reproduce the underlying musical works — you must obtain those licences from the appropriate rights owners or collecting societies.
Clicking through to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music or other linked platforms takes you to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or business practices.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any inability to access the Service, or for any damage, loss or malfunction of your device, software, hardware or network arising from incompatibility with our technical requirements, browser configuration, or connectivity issues on your side.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its owners, employees, affiliates and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of any third party, including any intellectual-property, privacy or contractual rights.
Our aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is strictly limited to the total amount that user has actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your subscription or account for (a) breach of these Terms, (b) non-payment or failed renewal, or (c) suspected fraud, chargeback abuse or misuse of the Service. No refund will be issued where a subscription is terminated by us due to a violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling auto-renewal from Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel. On cancellation you retain paid access until the end of the current billing cycle, as detailed in our Cancellation Policy.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes to our Service, applicable law or operational practices. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
