Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can stop your TWF Library Pro subscription. Please read it together with our Refund Policy.

1. Cancel any time from your Dashboard

You can cancel auto-renewal of your Pro subscription at any time by going to Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation is instant, self-service, and does not require you to contact support.

2. What happens after you cancel

• Your subscription is marked as cancelled and no further payments will be charged to your payment method.
• Your Pro access continues uninterrupted until the end of the current paid period, i.e. up to (but not including) your next renewal date shown on the Dashboard.
• After that date your account reverts to the free tier. Your favorites, playlists and account data remain intact so you can reactivate any time.

3. No refund on cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refundfor the current billing period or any prior period already paid. Because access continues through the end of the paid period, the payment already made is treated as fully consumed. Refunds are only issued in the limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy (duplicate charges or verified technical payment errors reported within 7 days).

4. If you need help

If you cannot access the cancel button, or you believe your subscription was renewed after cancellation, email us at support@twflibrary.com from the email address on your account with your Payment Reference ID. We resolve most cancellation queries within 1 business day.
