Refund & Cancellation Policy

Web Music Library sells access to a digital library on a subscription basis. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription any time from Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel subscription. On cancellation:

  • You retain full Pro access until your current billing period ends (the renewal date shown on your dashboard)
  • No further charges will be made
  • You can reactivate any time — your favorites and account data are preserved

2. Refunds

Because our Pro subscription is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not issue refunds for the current billing cycle after Pro access has been used.

We will consider a full or pro-rata refund if:

  • You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment)
  • The Service was materially unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle due to a fault on our side
  • You cancel your yearly plan within 7 days of the initial subscription and have not downloaded or licensed a substantial number of tracks

3. How to request a refund

Email support@wedmusiclibrary.com from the email on your account with:

  • Your Razorpay payment ID (visible on your dashboard subscription card)
  • The reason for the refund request

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank / UPI provider.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks made without first contacting us may result in the associated account being suspended.

5. Free tier

Free-tier accounts involve no payment, so no refund is applicable. Free access remains available even if you cancel Pro.
