TWF Library is a fully digital service. Nothing is ever physically shipped or dispatched to you. This page documents how “delivery” of the digital subscription works, for the purposes of payment-aggregator compliance and buyer clarity.
On successful payment, your account is automatically upgraded to the paid “Pro” tier. You immediately gain:
Access is granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation — typically within a few minutes. If your account is not upgraded within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please refresh your Dashboard or sign out and back in.
In the unlikely event that your Pro access is not activated within 15 minutes of a successful charge, email us at support@twflibrary.com with your Payment Reference ID. We will investigate and either activate access or process a refund per our Refund Policy.
Because no physical items are ever shipped, no shipping, handling or courier charges apply. The subscription prices displayed on the Pricing page are the final amount payable, inclusive of applicable taxes.
